Best Practices When Shipping

  • Place this form in the package so we can identify your device when it arrives.
  • Add ample padding around all sides of the device and suspend the device in the middle of the packaging
  • Ship the device via a trackable service with a signature required

Disclaimer: It is best to remove the drive(s) from a computer, laptop, or RAID array and ship the drive(s) by themselves. If you are unsure how to remove a hard drive from within your computer have a professional technician properly remove the hard drive.
